As your HIPAA independent contractor here is what is required of us. This agreement identifies Care Plans Now LLC, as the service provider receiving information for the sole purpose of providing a service to a business or entity.

By selecting “I have read and agree to the terms above” while booking our services you are agreeing to our terms of service.

By Law: We can only provide the information to allowable entities, as deemed by law or identified in the agreement. Failure to upkeep and store information securely could result in penalties (for us) for noncompliance and/or loss of all contracts.

Our responsibility as your Independent contractor

We will always ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all documents we create, receive, maintain or transmit.

By Law we are required to:

  1. Identify and protect against reasonably anticipated threats to the security or integrity of the information.

  2. Protect against reasonably anticipated, impermissible uses or disclosures.

  3. Ensure compliance by our workforce.

  4. Keep all confidential information safe & secure at all times.

  5. We will never share any information you send us with any other party, business, or individual.
